He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Excellent service from our 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing HVAC tech. He clearly explained all the details of the HVAC work being done, handled both upstairs and downstairs filters, and cleaned up the duct or hose (or whatever they are called) of our outside air conditioning unit. The refrigerant was also replaced. He had great feedback on the health and status of our 2 units. He did a consult before this, which was also very useful. And, the tech was engaging and a nice guy, which always helps! I would recommend this company. In fact, I am trying to schedule them for a water filtration system set up soon. Really good company!

This company was absolutely AMAZING in diagnosing our plumbing issue. Our technicians name was Brian Schneider and he was OUTSTANDING! Wonderful customer service, extremely respectful and prompt in diagnosing the issues we had. We had one other company come out prior to Brian and they were through our home warranty problem and my gosh that other company was a JOKE! Brian showed up ready to work even though it was so late in the day, he worked so hard the entire time and found multiple problems that the other company missed completely!!!! If we could give them ten stars thanks to Brian we absolutely would!! Thank you so much!!

I TOO have canceled my work order appointment with these people after I was treated terrrrrribly on the phone. They are not professional and have a very rude receptionist. I guess what do you expect when you are
just a receptionist! After she was rude about helping me out on an ETA or what procedures they put into place once a workorder is in place....She refused to answer me in a professional way and then.....hung up on me. Anyone who conducts business like this....IS definitely on a huge HUGE business PREVENTION program. If I were you I would go with a different reliable and more professional company for your home.
