They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

Came home to a non stop running tub. Attempted to do my own research to repair myself meanwhile my husband found these guys. I was so frustrated from a long day at work and Michael’s sense of humor definitely helped me relax. They were able to come out and repair my valve stem within an hour of talking to them.

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

Our water heater decided to leak today, so I decided to replace it myself. Bought a new unit and tried to install it. Everything was going OK up until I turned the water back on. It started leaking and instead of going back and forth to get more parts I called No Worries. They came out in about an hour and Joe got everything fixed. He was very professional and got it up to code. I highly recommend No Worries Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

Explained everything they saw happening with my outside “leak” and suggested how it could be fixed. No high pressure sales just good customer service!

These guys are great! I've used them multiple times at different properties. Ryan and team were on time, have great pricing, and were very professional.
My first time using them Ryan repaired a broken main shut off valve. He showed up the same day the water went out and made the fix, and the price was lower than other companies that wanted me to wait 3 days!
On my new property, they installed new toilets, faucets, and shower heads. This was a huge job that I thought would take a couple days. The Evolution Plumbing team showed up and got it all done in one day.
I bought a new fridge a couple days later and the water valve behind the fridge wouldn't turn off so I couldn't install the fridge. The team came out next day, fixed the valve, and connected the fridge water connection.

What a joke! Lady who answered the phone ask if I was done talking after I simply stated I wasn’t asking for a same day service. Never would I consider using these guys. I gladly paid 4K to another option. This place is so unprofessional. Highly suggest any other option.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
