Best Residential Water in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I called and requested a drain cleaning on 10/10/22 (There was a coupon for a $77 drain cleaning) and the technician (Alfredo Ramirez) showed up in a timely manner, but that's the only thing that went well. He didn't touch my drains at all, just opened my sewer clean out, looked in it, and said I needed a $2500 hydro-jetting. I asked him if he was going to clean the drains and he said there was no point because it wouldn't work on the level of build up in my pipes. He then charged me the $77.00 even though he didn't do anything. The next day I bought a $3 hair removal tool from Wal-Mart and got my drains flowing again. A local plumber just came to my house this morning (10/12/22) and said he didn't need to do anything, I had done a good enough job, and we can call him if the drains get slow again and he will snake them for $100.00 per drain. The technician didn't do what he charged me for and attempted to pressure me into an expensive service I didn't need, I will warn everyone I talk to about this company.

Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

I had a difficult tub removal and they tackled the job and got it done even though it was a challenge. They were communicative throughout the entire process, friendly and on time.

Prompt and professional. Richard was recommended to me and I would recommenced him to friends and family. My water heater began to leak a few days ago necessitating a replacement asap. Richard was available in a few days and replaced my water heater and shut off valve. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No up sale attempts. I'm very pleases with the service I received. Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! Levi and the staff are top notch!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

In our personal opinion, we did not feel that this company is very professional and we did not feel like we were treated respectfully. We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.
After our initial review, we received phone calls and a letter from this company and their attorney demanding we take down our review.

They replaced a tank less water heater on a rental of mine but are way over priced. They didn't even breakout the parts vs. labor charges. I will not be using them in the future.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
