I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. Richi P. came by to complete a repair on copper piping connection to an oversized bathroom tub spout for a jacuzzi tub.He spoke with me and then proceeded to do some research on what might work for a part that wasn’t available other than special ordering an entire new set at Home Depot with no turnaround time on shipping arrival. Richi made some calls and figured out a way to get it done when my 4 other attempts were unsuccessful. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and got the job done!

Prompt and professional. Richard was recommended to me and I would recommenced him to friends and family. My water heater began to leak a few days ago necessitating a replacement asap. Richard was available in a few days and replaced my water heater and shut off valve. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No up sale attempts. I'm very pleases with the service I received. Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!
