What started as a youtube DIY attempt to replace a leaking toilet shut off valve turned into a Saturday (1/4/2020) call for plumbing repair. In the course of the DIY stop valve replacement, the original compression nut and ring could not be removed from pipe due to age/corrosion and were showing some wear. After installing the new stop valve but leaving old nut and ring, water was leaking even more - so I had to call in the professionals. Gino from Phend Plumbing was quick to arrive (water was off as well), quick to efficiently complete the repair and most of all the price was wonderful. We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

Not really happy with the service I got. Called them out because I had a loud vibration coming from my furnace that gets progressivley louder as the heater runs. Technician showed up rather timely but couldn't locate the issue so he placed some rubber dampeners along the unit to soak up the vibration. $95 dollars later the heater kicks on later that night and the vibration is back and louder this time. Call them out next morning and it's decided to replace the blower wheel but the parts store is closed so the tech must come back another day but I was also informed when the tech showed up and not over the phone that there would have been an overtime service charge if he had done any work that morning. Tech leaves and on a whim I go up to look at the furnace myself while it's running and see that the noise is actually from a loose metal strap vibrating against the rafter. Fixed it myself and annoyed that I wasted the money for a pointless service call but glad I didn't waste more money on a unnecessary part.

Right after the holidays is no time to have an expensive plumbing problem! Aspen Plumbing (Scott) was very quick to respond to our personal needs and Scott is a knowledgeable plumber. While doing some afternoon dishes we had a pipe break and flood our kitchen. I was referred to Second Opinion by my parents who had some plumbing for their bathroom remodel done by them. I called and within 5 minutes got a call back and had Kyle en route. Kyle showed up and was so professional and nice.
