I've got to hand it to my service tech Rick R. and Precision Air & Heating for taking care of my home last night. Rick R. came to my house and was very nice right from the beginning. He took the time to diagnose, repair and talk to me what had to be replaced and repaired. He did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with him and this Precision. Top quality guys, products, prices and customer service all the way around. I am so happy that I also bought the 4 year maintenance agreement on my home too. Not only is this transferable, but I know that my HVAC system will be taken care of. This already has saved me money buying the agreement because it saved the trip charges for emergency calls and is also discounted price for any work they do. Really, really, really bad!! Takes them a long time to complete standard repairs. Poor customer service and poor communication from techs and the overall experience was really bad.
