Michael did a great job diagnosing the issue with my water heater. He called the tank manufacturer to order parts needed so job can be completed.

Horrible professional experience with this company. Delta Mechanical blew off (no show) two scheduled appointments with me. I will never use this contracted firm with Home Depot. Absurd they even have a existing contract with HD. Run!

Had a leaking water line to the house. Rob came out, assessed the issue, and explained clearly what he wanted to do. He had a price that was kind of in the middle of the range of companies I spoke to. What I appreciated was that his assessment didn't change as the job progressed. The other folks I talked to were all like, Well, not really sure what's going on, so things could change as the job moves along. Rob kept me up to date as they worked and then debriefed with me once they were finished. The people I spoke to in the office were polite and knowledgeable. Good experience. I'd call them again.

Called the day before asking for services the next day. Fixed an outdoor plumbing leak PLUS a toilet leak we just happened to mention and asked if he had time to look at. Very professional! We recommend and will use S3 plumbing again. Thank you!

Great service & communication.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.

They were recommended by our pool company. They confirmed with us several times and were prompt. They found the issue and communicated the clog in the pipe. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes.
