Best Repair Water Heater in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician, Lincoln , was professional and and the work was performed and he explained as he went. They came within an hour of when we called. We would awfully endorse this service.

Spring a leak in the pipe to my shower. Technician had to remove the shower and tub to fix the leak. Work was well done, reasonably priced and performed quickly.

Prompt and professional. Richard was recommended to me and I would recommenced him to friends and family. My water heater began to leak a few days ago necessitating a replacement asap. Richard was available in a few days and replaced my water heater and shut off valve. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No up sale attempts. I'm very pleases with the service I received. We had a tankless water heater installed at the beginning of May. Solace Plumbing beat all other quotes I had. Dax was pleasant to work with and did the job (removing bad tank gas water heater and installing the tankless heater) quickly. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
