Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

William was essential in explaining what the project would entail. He was here to make a list of what wire dimensions he would need when he came back 4/23/21 to replace our electrical panel.

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I called off a coupon $77 residential drain cleaning -- That didnt work - Apparently my house is $1300 ? and it was supposed to come with a free camera inspection -- I paid 250 -- to get one of my mains cleaned but not the $1300 one - no camera was used -- They did locate the pipe like I ordered- in about 5 minutes - then did not snake or camera the drain- Was only interested in giving me a $7500 quote for new bath plumbing - The estimate btw does not say anything - just $7500d-- Was stood up for 2 days as well -had appointments missed- And I had to pay the $250 up front -- Not the best company I have ever used - and will not be calling back

Manuel was very professional, knew right where to go and what to check, and completed the work (repaired a short, and replaced a breaker) very quickly. Very satisfied.

We remodeled a bathroom. They had to come out a few times, first to cap off pipes from a removed tub, then to install shower & faucets. While here, they checked another bathroom toilet. They had to return a few times for that toilet (not due to them, wrong item was delivered to them). They got everything going in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves & were professional & pleasant. Would use them again.

The plumber, Tony, who completed the faucet installations (one kitchen, one bathroom) was very nice and did a good job. When I discovered one of the bathroom faucet handles was loose, he came back and tightened it up within a week of the install. Good, professional people who do a good job; I would recommend them to anyone requiring a good plumber.

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

A great company. They are straight forward with you, no gimmicks. We had a circ. pump replaced and not only were they fast in getting the new one installed but they were honest about the work they did. They saved me over $100 by reusing my piping instead of using new copper. They could have easily charged me for it and I would have never known the difference. It's great to know that there are companies out there like this. I will be going back to Rooter 4Less for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

I called Anthony because he was recommended by the manufacturer and because he is a small business. He was out to our house quickly and was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgable on our replacement options. He got our hot water heater and recirculating pump replaced and was very timely. The installation is very professional looking much better than the one before had been installed. I would definitely recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Fast reasonable support to fix a main Sewer line block. Junior was great, knowledgeable and efficient.
