Did a solid job.

Steve and Mark did an excellent job changing out a hot water heater in a residence. They arrived at the time promised and had the job done and in short order. They left the area meat and clean.

Called in to schedule my appointment for my water heater and was very pleased with their response time as well as the office girl, Lindsay’s, help. She explained our situation and got us scheduled for the next day. The technician that came out was diligent and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

Totally dropped the ball. Had an apt to install our fascet after our countertop install. The blew off our apt. Apparently they scheduled the apt with a guy who had the day off. When home depot trying calling they hung up on her saying call volume was too high. Now I have to wait till 2-6 pm for an install. Been up since 7:30 am on a Saturday waiting for them already. Guess I have no plans today! Garbage tier service. Garbage tier professionalism. If home depot sent you here, ask to have them set you up with another company.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
