Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

911 has been my Hero since my leak in a pipe in the kitchen island 3 years ago! They came to assist on Saturday night over 4th of July! Recently, my water heater blew out and they were there to take multiple steps to get the new one re-installed after other repairs were finished. I highly recommend them for their great customer service & excellent prices!

We needed our hot water heater fixed quickly as we’d been waiting a week for another plumber to respond. Plumbing and A/C Medic was here in less than 2 hours. The office people we friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dave, our technician has been great, answering questions and diagnosing and fixing the water heater. Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. Emailed for a checkup on Aircon system, no response, they obviously have too many customers and should lose some so they can respond to potential ones.
