I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Came the same day, water leak in wall pipe burst
Arranged everything that needed to be done. Plumbing completed. Waiting for wall and floor to dry out before rest of repairs to be done.

They gave us a quote and held up to it. Never tried to upsell us at any time. Jared was very responsive to any questions that I had. We had a new water softener system put in. Jared went right to work and was done in no time. When we spoke with the office manager, she was always nice to us. Thanks Jared and Superstition Plumbing..

I found this company on Facebook by asking for good honest workers. The owner was amazing! He was able to send a tech to my house so quickly. Devin the tech took his time to explain my water softener/ filter system and answered all my questions. The unit was here when we bought the house so I didn’t know anything about it. He gave me a two quotes. One to fix and one to replace my units. There was no pressure which was very refreshing. I’ll be honest, we have not agreed to the work yet because we are still deciding what we want to do.They are not giving a discount or a kickback to review their company. However, I am a big believer in applauding good work because it hard to find.

I love this plumbing company's openness. There were no unexpected costs, and they gave a transparent and fair estimate. Their openness is very welcome.

Technician preformed yearly hot water heater maintenance and plumbing check in a polite and timely manner

We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.

Brandon came out to the house and did an inspection and was super honest with me about everything. Luckily, my situation isn’t as bad as I thought and I don’t need services at the moment but if/when I do I will be using Evolution Plumbing!

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. We have been very happy with the service and people at AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. Thank you!!

Shane came out and gave me everything I needed to make a decision in my situation. He went above and beyond even during the inspection to make sure I was taken care of. Service like this makes me excited to use their company. Can't wait to update with what I'm sure will be very great results.

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
