Best Main Shut Off Valve in Gilbert AZ

Would’ve liked for the pipe running to shower cartridge in shower to have been repaired because I know it’s leaking. Instead was told water was coming from the shower cartridge leak and was running to the back of cartridge to the pipes.

Update: I was promptly called after not liking that a cartridge was replaced instead of the valve. Thank you for repairing what needed to be repaired.

I would give zero stars if it was available. Told me I needed plumbing repairs to water heater. Set appointment for next day, they charged my card in $567 in advance of service and never showed up. When I called 20 minutes before closing to see when technician would arrive they didn't have my appointment scheduled. Then someone else said they were running behind. Didn't offer to return my money until I said I would report it for fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYToday after I saw Precision's response, I checked for my refund and it still had not been processed and again, no record of the request, per RYAN. RYAN further stated there was nothing he was going to do about it and would not escalate the inquiry to a manager. RYAN laughed when I told him I would file complaints with the BBB and AZ ROC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Charlie, 1-800-plumber Gilbert, came highly recommended to me by a top realtor in the East Valley. He kindly provided a wealth of helpful & insightful information over the phone. He then evaluated pics I sent of the suspicious bubbles on my walls, and determined I didn't have water damage. (This was confirmed today when my contractor cut into the damaged area.). I won't hesitate to call Charlie in the future. He was nice as can be, as was Darlene. She handles the office & scheduling, and is the sweetest person I've dealt with in years. I appreciate her going above & beyond to assist me through the process of solving the mystery problem.
