My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. Had Jimmy Joe quote me on some custom plumbing I needed done for a project. He was knowledgeable about all things plumbing and had ideas for layout that I didn't consider. He and Dax had a key to the place over a couple weeks and I was not concerned about anything while they were there. A real stand up operation. If your looking for a good plumber look no further.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Anthony is awesome ! I'm in an older home that's starting to have some issues with the plumbing . This guy is on time , he's clean , and most of all ! He's honest . You can't find honest very often anymore . And he's affordable .

I am impressed at how quickly they responded. Mauricio was here about 35 minutes after my call. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the pipes to prevent problems in the future. I also appreciate the coupon they had to offer. I’m very happy with the service.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
