The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. 1) Another excellent experience with Mason Pro Services. Bryan, the technician, thoroughly cleaned my HVAC system as well as doing a visual of my water heater. He was knowledgeable, educational, professional, and friendly. In future, I will be taking advantage of a Fall/Spring Maintenance Plan. I feel very comfortable with Mason Pro. They vet their employees, like Bryan, extremely well so that you know the job will be done right. I highly recommend this company.

2) I took advantage of Electrical repairs needed. Electrician, Mike, came right on time. He was courteous, professional, covered pricing, and listened to what I had to say. He explained my options as things arose. I immediately had confidence that this man knew what he was doing. And when he finished, he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use this company again, and specifically request Mike. A pleasant, professional, worry free experience from start to finish.

We had couple minor issues in the house. Luis and Mark arrived on time, were thorough, professional and polite.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure.
