Awesome service! They coordinated with my tenant to setup a service time. They arrived on time and properly fixed the issue the first time. Even went above and beyond to wear booties and clean the shower head and drain while they were there. All for a reasonable price! They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
