Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. Rooter 4 Less was scheduled through my warranty company. Terry performed the initial diagnoses with a little attitude and then scheduled us a week out to install a new water heater. After waiting the week, he showed up angry and told me that my neighbor and I could not stand in my driveway and watch him work. That we were to go inside. He then got angrier and took off with my water heater after waiting a week for it!!! I imagine he didn't want us there so that he could do work that wasn't needed and charge us too much. Otherwise, why would anyone behave in such a manner??? I was prepared to pay the $300 he was charging for modifications (outside what he was being paid from the warranty company) of a drain pain and adding some piping. His disrespect and lack of professionalism was quite shocking.

We have used Travis & Sons Plumbing on numerous occasions. None of these occasions was planned and were emergencies. They were very quick to respond, extremely professional, and always able to get the job done in a very timely manner. We have come to rely on them heavily when in need of any type of plumbing work. We highly recommend them.

Once again Camcor stands tall. I have used them for 14 years and have always found all of their people reliable, professional, knowledgeable and one-time .
Frank changed the filters in my RO system today. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, explained exactly what he was doing and asked if there were any other issues I needed him to look at.
Once again great service and a great price. $79 for a job quoted by a competitor to be between $160 - $300. ( That company was trying to sell additional services sight-unseen.)
It is a refreshing pleasure to find an honest company like Camcor.

I would give this company a zero if I could. No show, no call, on an emergency appointment. Poor customer service and wouldn't accept responsibility or a fix to the issue. Completely unprofessional.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
