My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. I have used Jimmy Joes Plumbing twice now for my rental properties and I have been impressed both times! They call my tenant to schedule then send me text notifications to keep me in the loop. They always give me a call after they diagnose the problem and get my approval to do the work. They are fast and thorough and reasonably priced. Frank is the man! Fixed a leak in one tub and was able to address a hardware issue in another bathroom, prior to the issue becoming a leak. Very personable and the type of guy of you have no problems allowing into your home. A BIG thank you.

I would give this company a zero if I could. No show, no call, on an emergency appointment. Poor customer service and wouldn't accept responsibility or a fix to the issue. Completely unprofessional.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
