Best Heater Replacements in Gilbert AZ

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I was put in Mesa visiting a friend when she got a leak behind the washing machine valve. No way to cut the water to the leak without shutting off the whole house. She was crying.
Jimmy Joe came out fast, was professional and personable and put our minds at ease right away. (You will have water when I'm finished.)
He fixed the pipe, he was neat, quick, didn't overcharge her, and didn't mind doing a couple of other little jobs for her even though it's the weekend. (Leaking sink and hose-bib)
When he was finished the new valve looked great!
I don't write a lot of reviews, but kudos to Jimmy Joe's Plumbing for being available, fast, and making sure a single-mom with a family has water this weekend. My friend was so grateful.

Just came home from vacation to find the toilet still leaking after getting a very expensive toilet overhaul and having them come back for a second time. On the plus side, they were timely and courteous. Getting a second opinion about the work done.

Micheal is awesome. Besides his knowledge of what's wrong, he told me how to fix it, didn't charge me for a tank and when he shared what I owned him..it was so inexpensive..nothing in today's world is cheap..prices more than fair, knowledgeable and gets it done with professional results...

During the month of May, we had multiple plumbing issues (i.e., replace washer shut-off valves, kitchen faucet shut-off valves, hot water heater, and main shut-off valve; fix leaking tub faucet). We were in desperate need of finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. We did find a good plumber through a recommendation. He completed 3 out of the 6 projects.

Shane came into the picture when we were researching online and looking for a second opinion on the water heater. Through our conversation with him, we felt that Shane really stood out as someone with integrity, honesty, and straightforwardness.

We thought we needed to have our 4-year-old water heater replaced because we couldn't get it to drain. However, Shane asked us some questions over the phone and figured out that our water heater was fine; he also taught us how to get it to drain, all without charging us a penny or pushing for a sale.

We were very appreciative and really wanted him to do the remaining projects. When Shane came, he did a thorough diagnostic and told us that we did not need to replace our main shut-off valve.

The leaking tub faucet was an unfinished project left by another plumber from August 2022. After several attempts to contact the original plumber, we gave up and decided to DIY it. We asked Shane for his opinion about the replacement part we'd purchased. We were pleasantly surprised when he offered to take a look at it for us. He ended up fixing it and charged hardly anything for it.

I wish I had known about Shane back in August last year. I would have hired him to do everything. Even though we were highly satisfied with the plumber who completed the 3 projects in May, we will use Shane from this point on. We have been and will continue to recommend him to everyone we know.

Wanted to follow up on my review from 5 years ago!! Had a leak from my water main to my house :(, luckily Greg came out replaced the line and did a fantastic job. He also did it without waking my 3 month old :) Love this company, and all the quality work they do.

I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

Mike did a great job as well as he showed me what I need to do. Something else in the future might happened. I highly refer him and hopefully I don’t but if something does happen, I will give them a call again.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. Thankfully APC plumbing just called to remind me to leave a review so I could get a $25 gift card; I can’t believe I’d forgotten to leave a review on how poor they were. AHS sent this plumber out to clear a clogged toilet. When the technician arrived he looked at the issue and tried to take the clear out caps off but said they were stripped and would call AHS to notify. AHS called to inform me that the technician had relayed the information to them that the caps for the clear out were stripped and therefore a new clear out would need to be installed at a cost of $600 and that he had augered the toilet and shower with no luck. All three statements were blatant lies. The clear outs are behind the toilet and can only be accessed by removing the toilet and utilizing the coin slot style indentation in the cap to unscrew. JR was only in the home for 3-5 minutes and did not even bring in the equipment to try and auger the toilet or shower. Thankfully, upon expressing the facts to AHS they sent out a different plumbing company who came out the next day and had the issue resolved within 10 minutes.
