Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Needed my ejector pump replaced. They were able to come out the next day, after my call. Cost quoted was the cost paid. Jay was personable & professional. Took care of the replacement in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area where pump was worked on & the pump is working great! I'd endorse to anyone looking for plumbing needs. I like working with local businesses, as well!

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

This was the company our home warranty sent over to fix our AC which was completely dead. They came same day on a Saturday, even sent a guy who wasn’t technically on call, and needlessly apologized for him not being in uniform (totally didn’t care, we just needed our air fixed!). Will keep them in mind for future home repair needs even if we don’t go through our home warranty. Responsive, professional, and compassionate to our problem. Awesome!

Rick came out next day and swapped out the water heater in less than an hour. Awesome guy and company!

I was put in Mesa visiting a friend when she got a leak behind the washing machine valve. No way to cut the water to the leak without shutting off the whole house. She was crying.
Jimmy Joe came out fast, was professional and personable and put our minds at ease right away. (You will have water when I'm finished.)
He fixed the pipe, he was neat, quick, didn't overcharge her, and didn't mind doing a couple of other little jobs for her even though it's the weekend. (Leaking sink and hose-bib)

I don't write a lot of reviews, but kudos to Jimmy Joe's Plumbing for being available, fast, and making sure a single-mom with a family has water this weekend. My friend was so grateful.

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Would not recommend this company. Owner states I don't even live in AZ, however I have lived in Gilbert, Az for 4 years now. Did not like the service I received from Rooter 4 Less. Everyone who has given you a negative review, you reply blaming them.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
