My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Charlie did a great job! He was quick and efficient in unclogging both a shower and a bathroom sink. We’ve used Phend multiple times now, and we’re happy with the work they do.

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!

We had a leak in a water pipe that unfortunately went unnoticed. By the time we found the problem it was too late. The water had already rotted out the floor in our laundry room. Needless to say we were freaking out. We called our home warranty company and Shane arrived at our door the next day. He was a sight for sore eyes. He could tell we were stressed to our limits so he just calmly took over and did what needed to be done. He contacted everyone needed to start the process of repairing the extensive damage and to put our house back to where it was before. We were very impressed with Shane. His calm demeanor and warm disposition make him a wonderful asset to his company. Arid Valley Plumbing is lucky to have Shane as an employee and we we’re lucky and fortunate to have him come to our rescue. Thank you Shane. Kyle was our technician that was dispatched to fix an issue with a toilet we had . He was right on time and extremly professional and friendly. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommended. Price was also super competitive.
