I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

I had an issue with my irrigation system. They were honest and told me that the problem would be more cost-effectively solved by someone who specializes in sprinklers/irrigation, but David went ahead and facetimed me and guided me through shutting off my water that had been running for hours, at no charge. Thanks David! Will be using Phend for any issues I have in the future.

These guys did what they promised in a timely and professional manner! The pricing was far less than the other's quotes! They have our business from now on! We highly recommend them

We ran into an unexpected root problem in our pipes during a bath remodel and were referred to 911 plumbing by a family member. Their quote was laid out in steps which was very helpful and clear. We were in a stressful situation but they made us comfortable with what was happening and made sure we understood what was going on. It was easy to schedule with them and they always showed up on time. Darrell even gave us advice while we were working with the insurance company. Darrell and Scott are pleasant to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.
