I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing. Tony came out initially to give us a quote on two projects. He was on time and explained options and the process. The estimate was half the price of another estimate I received from a different company and was very reasonable. I had to wait 6 weeks for a faucet to come in, but when it did Tony came out within two days to complete both services. Every interaction with Tony was pleasant. He was on time, respectful and up front. We needed an extension piece to install the faucet which I picked up after he left and he came back shortly after I arrived home from the supply store, the same day. He even stayed after he was done to answer some questions we had on a gas line installed by someone else. I will recommend Jimmy Joe’s to any of our friends and will absolutely contact them in the future with any plumbing needs.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

My water heater went out and they were able to install a new one within 24 hours! Quick to respond and great service.

Of course, the holiday weekend, extremely hot, and one of our a/c units quits. We muddled through and placed our service call early Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022. Amazingly, our tech arrived within an hour and a short while later the unit was repaired! When the invoice arrived we had a question...and we were most pleasantly surprised with a suitable adjustment. This was the second time we called on 911 and the second time we were well cared for. Thank you Darrell and crew! We really appreciate you.

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL
