I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Dennis, one of the owner, immediately called me after finding we had a poor service call experience due to a misdiagnosis. I have never received such honest and truly thoughtful follow through to understand what went wrong with the service call (would have potentially cost us thousands of dollars) and to rectify the situation. While we did not use Teo Pros for the service issue, I would hands down call them in the future based on how Dennis handled this situation with us.

Awesome service! They coordinated with my tenant to setup a service time. They arrived on time and properly fixed the issue the first time. Even went above and beyond to wear booties and clean the shower head and drain while they were there. All for a reasonable price! Both me and my tenant are extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely use again!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.
