Best Ductless Heating in Gilbert AZ

Absolutely best company I have ever seen/used for my air conditioning and plumbing needs. Always on time and extremely knowledgeable, Michael was very personable and had excellent attention to detail got the job done right!

Darrell & Scott with 911 were super responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I have an AirBnB in the Valley and my guest called me livid Saturday night because the property was very warm. It turned out to just be user error; but it was helpful to have these guys out to confirm my suspicion. I had needed to have them come out anyway to perform maintenance before the summer heat. 10/10 would recommend them!

A class act! They have fixed two separate issues for me - I work two jobs and I am a single mom, they handled everything via email/phone (even payment). If you are worried abut going to a plumber for work because they hold all the cards and know everything and you don't - that is NOT a worry with this company! Not upfront with pricing. They sent a technician out and was quoted $289 for a standard clogged toilet. Sent them away after paying a trip charge of $29. Called another plumber 5 minutes later and got upfront pricing of $99 with no trip charge (same day service). My own fault for trusting them on fair pricing. Should have called 1-2 other plumbers.

Not a great service, I'm afraid. It was largely just quoting huge extortionate estimates, particularly for AC. Additionally, the plumbing service for labour seemed a bit much and did not seem as knowledgable. The plumber was timely, but the AC/tech came so late in the evening and whilst they were kind enough to waive off the plumbing call out charge, I just felt all around money driven vibes. Still haven’t sent through any reports or evidence of a tune-up as most companies do. I suggest people do not use this company.

Great same day service. Rob was professional and arrived on time with a well stocked truck. He took the time not only to fix the problem but went through the entire system to make sure we would not have future problems. Can't thank them enough!

At 10:30pm I realized that my toilet was backing up into my tub & shower. Every place I called either couldn't come out until the next day, or they wanted to charge me over $500 to come out after hours. I called Precision Air & Plumbing, and I'm so glad that I did! Their tech Raymond was at my house within an hour of my initial call. He was very professional, very friendly, and he had the clog cleared within an hour of arriving. Not only did he clear the clog, but he also cleaned out the shower and the toilet. But the best part was the price. When everyone else was charging over $500, Precision Air & Plumbings price was under $175!I definitely recommend Precision Air & Plumbing for any emergency, or non-emergency, plumbing needs. Their ad said they charged by job not hour which gave me peace of mind to call, get their assessment and estimate. They explained the options, were clean and professional and helped teach me so I could finish the job myself. I highly recommend this company

I had a leaking faucet and AGAIN I called Hansen Plumbing. They had a repair technician scheduled that same day as luck would have it!! This time a different tech Zach, came to provide a faucet repair and replacement and AGAIN the same level of integrity, knowledge and professionalism as the 1st time. This company attracts the HIGHEST level of QUALIFIED technicians. I can not speak more HIGHLY of this company and it's people. They are an amazing company and I am blessed to have found them! They are my exclusive plumbers and if you try them, they will yours as well!

I found this company online and chose them based on the numerous 5 STAR reviews. After calling them and having knowledgeable Tech Dan come to my home and repair a pipe for my washer, NOW I know why they are being given such an amazing rating! I would recommend to anyone looking for an HONEST reputable company. Will definitely use in the future!
