Best Commercial Air Conditioning in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Tech was very quick and efficient

Dax ran a camera through the entirety of our kitchen sink line which continually backs up. He then cabled the line to break up debris and then we rechecked with the camera. He was professional, friendly and incredible transparent and fair with his pricing.

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

I hope these businessmen spend their last days on this planet in the same way.

As an Arizona Real Estate Broker, I'm always in need of contractors and I have to say that these guys are primo! There's plenty of half a** ones and not enough professional, efficient and knowledgeable ones that's for sure. I will definitely be using and recommending 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing again and again. Excellent job on answering the phone, responding quickly and for the outstanding work! Had a Navien Tankless Hot water tank installed after it leaked and had to be replaced. This time it was installed correctly! Thank you so much Howard. The before pic to the left piping was a hot mess and the after pic is clean, straight piping as it should be.

On 09/27/2022, I had Charles from Second Opinion come out. The handle on my shower had come apart, and the shower could not be used. He immediately knew what the problem was, and fixed it in no time. Third time I have used them, never been an issue! Recommended!

Excellent experience with PlumbSmart. We shopped around with a few different companies for a faucet replacement and they provided by the best cost by far. James did an excellent job with the installation and was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. A+!!!

Dana is one of a kind. He came to my home on his day off and fixed my problem so I wouldn't have any problems until he replace my old softener with a new one. Dana is a true professional. Cleaned every thing up. He is caring, and helpful. I feel you as a company are very lucky to have him. Not only did he come on his day off but he declined any payment. Austin was my Plumber / Specialist that arrived in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I explained the job needs and he went right to work. I didn’t need to do anything else. Wheeler AC is the best! We called when our AC stopped working on Sunday. By Monday afternoon the technician had diagnosed the problem, replaced the fan capacitor and had us back in business. Five stars for sure!!
