I had a BBQ gas line that ran within PVC underneath my patio slab that had corroded through and needed to be replaced. I wanted to take a minute to add to my 5 star review after my experience with one of Mason's techs, Tristin, a couple of weeks ago. I've used Mason for about 20 years so I've met with quite a few techs over the years and always had a good experience with all of them. This time, Tristin came out to help me reconnect my T-stat and do a diagnostic check of my HVAC system. He was terrific in all aspects. he took the time to learn about the problem, spent the time to troubleshoot the problem and investigate various options to resolve. He was always pleasant and professional. At no time did he show any impatience at the time it was taking to work to correct the problem and didn't leave until he had completed the reconnection and thoroughly completed his diagnostic check -- then he was good enough to replace a hard to reach return filter for me. Definitely 5-star service!
