Sam came to my parents house to fix multiple problems as they are retired and had let the house go to the wayside. He was friendly and efficient while quickly fixing all the house issues. Now they can use shower and bathroom like normal and showed me how to fix smaller problems I could handle myself. My mom is going to refer him to everyone she knows. He is also vaccinated which she wanted because had underlying health conditions.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago.
