These young men worked so well together, and never complained about the huge snags they ran into. The system is not yet fully installed because of unforseen problems with the previous installation. The plumber that came out was spot on 10/10, but he's the only they have. Each time I had an appointment with him it got pushed back from Monday to Friday. If the gentleman that came out wasn't so personable and knowledgeable, this rating would be a 1. If they didn't cancel and push back so consistently, this would be a perfect score.

Both Service men were very professional an informative. Did procedure and explained results and gave more info on filters I was using. I will change filters.

Charlie with 1-800-Plumber fixed an issue that had gone unidentified by others in a matter of minutes. Oh and I walked away not feeling gouged! Very fair, honest and knowledgeable.

Sam is the best, most honest plumber around. Look no further. Came over Wednesday to unclog our drain, but the 27 years of accumulated grease was too tough for Sam's 100 ft snake. We needed a hydro sewer jet to unclog the pipes, and another plumbing company was quoting us $1200 for the hydro jet while making us pay them $79 for the consultation. Sam did not ask for a cent when he first came over to the house, but helped us save money by suggesting that we rent the hydro jet instead. He came back a couple days later and Sam helped my husband use the hydro jet and inserted a camera into our pipes to make sure the clog was entirely gone. He saved us almost $850 just by renting the sewer jet instead of hiring a company that charges an arm and a leg. Thanks so much, Sam!!

We have had nothing but AWFUL experiences with this company. The installation of our a/c was completely botched. They brushed it over as a “this has never happened before” and bribed us with a hotel or dinner. We, unfortunately, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They provide maintenance with purchase. BIG mistake inviting them back. Our a/c (that was working perfectly fine) is now broken because they did some upkeep to it. Stay far away from this company.

Hansen Family Plumbing could not have been better. Very responsive- I had a rough quote and a free diagnostic visit scheduled within a day. Both technicians we dealt with were excellent— friendly and super thorough. And to top it off their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
