Best Air Conditioner Service in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Farnsworth was the worst!!! After finding out they installed the unit on our newly purchased home, i called them for servicing. They came right out, and checked my unit and told me it was under warranty and a service plan had been purchased by the previous owners. They told me it transferred to us. After they checked out the unit i was told it needed a new blower motor. The gentleman that came out said he would order the part and let me know. This is when it all went bad. They never called, I called and got nowhere.Then over a month later Farnsworth called me and asked if my service had been completed because they were closing out invoices. I told them NO. They said they would check into it and call me back. Well, they had said this before and never called back so I new they wouldn't call back. As of now they haven't returned to do the annual service as per the plan, or fixed my a/c. This all started in Oct.. STILL WAITING!!!!!!!

My entire experience was top-notch. I never felt pressured, and Brian sought ways to save me money. We had them install 2 new toilets after years of frustration with the hard water deposits, causing so many issues. I will definitely call them again if ever needed. Highly recommend!

They did a home warranty repair and Claudio Garcia did an excellent job! He checked everything and made sure the system is working. He explained every details that we need to look out for. Very professional and courteous. Ask for Claudio and I am sure the rest of their team are awesome. Thanks for your fast and efficient service!

Our tech was very professional. I feel he did a thorough job as far as the maintenance he performed on our unit. He let us know that our unit is old (14yrs) and soon it will need to be replaced. Of course it wasn't anything we wanted to hear but knew it was happening. So I have agreed to sit down with somebody and figure out what our options are going to be. I have not yet made the appointment but I'm going to and then I can do the review for the rest of this. So far I'm very happy. Thank you, Mason

Our initial meeting was with Kyle who did a thorough inspection of our currents systems. Kyle then took the time to describe the current condition and what options he could offer. His detailed explanations and patience in answering our questions in a professional manner was outstanding. Once we decided on our systems upgrade, the installation date was set. Kyle kept us informed and continued to communicate with us. Installation day came and Anthony and his team arrived on time and were efficient and courteous in their interactions with us throughout the day. Anthony took the time to explain the operation of the new system and oversaw our hands on training. Kyle called several times checking on the progress of the installation. The experience was great and the systems are working as promoted and expected. Good group of employees.
