I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Please inform this employee that laws are also for them, not just everyone else but them👍 this reflects poorly on your company when people choose to be inconsiderate/entitled. There are hundreds of parking spots available here today.

Awesome job. Came out promptly on the 4th of July with no additional service fee. Took care of the problem with a very reasonable cost. I don't use anyone else for my plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

Destroyed my home by incorrectly installing AC. They refuse to fix my home so we have been living in a destroyed home with two young children thanks to them.

The technician Ricardo Cordova was very thorough. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and after he completed each task. I was more than satisfied with the service(s) performed.

Where do I begin our AC unit went out thank goodness it wasn't the summertime. My wife called couple companies which needed an appointment for them to come out and Sam was the first one to respond and surveyed the problem. He told us the situation and the options. It's hard to find a honest and trustworthy person. Matter of fact a couple months back our unit had problem and a company for some reason pulled the plug outside and said we need to change the whole unit. Don't even bother trying other companies just go with Sam the honest and trustworthy guy The Neighborhood Plumbing and Air
