Best Air Conditioner in Gilbert AZ

Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

Leslie Cintron did an annual AC PM tune-up today and had Josh Lewis along as part of his training. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. Leslie changed a cap on one of my outdoor units -- she saw via her meter that the amp draw was too high -- someone who previously changed the cap mis-wired it. Great catch Leslie. I happen to be in the HVAC business and have been looking for a team that knows their stuff ... I think I found them

Five. Stars once again! Sam is one of the most responsive, friendliest, and most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with. Not only is he super knowledgeable, but Sam is extremely honest and reliable. He also has a great sense of humor and always has a funny story to tell from his travels. I would not deal with anybody else for my plumbing issues !

They cleared the drain and then power washed the drain to prevent future clogs. Today they are returning to confirm the pipes are clear with a camera. The technician is very careful to not make a mess and leave the home spotless. Everything is upfront, totally explained and no surprises. I trust this company.

Of course one of our AC units died when it was 110 degrees. Wheeler air conditioning came out to look at the unit that day. Our units were from the 90's and we knew it was a matter of time this would happen. My husband and I decided that it would be best to just replace them (knowing they were on their last leg anyway). Wheeler came out with new units first thing the next morning and had us up and running by noon. They were amazing, fast and professional! They helped us right away and made sure our home was cool for our family in the dead of the summer heat. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their AC units.
