Kyle from Second Opinion Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. Saved me money on a valve replacement. Went out of his way to fix the valve so I wouldn't have to have an expensive replacement valve. Timely response within 20min on a Saturday. Cant say enough about the service. Finally a company that knows how to treat customers. Thanks Kyle.

Austin was my Plumber / Specialist that arrived in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I explained the job needs and he went right to work. I didn’t need to do anything else. Addam was great we called he was able to fit us in same day. He figured out what was wrong and replaced us with a new water conditioning system which we are excited about. When our water heater burst, I was in a panic at how to fix the situation. I immediately called my home warranty company but to my dismay they did not have a plumber available for me. They told me to contact my own plumber and that they would reimburse me. I of course looked for the best plumber I could find and fortunately I found Rich who was able to immediately come over and take care of the situation. I had water going into the house within several hours and a brand new 75 gallon water heater the next day.

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
