Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Peter was great! He was able to get me going through a clogged kitchen sink with company over and then came back the next day after it was stuck again and fixed it for good. Stellar customer service knowledgeable and cool.

Prompt and professional. Richard was recommended to me and I would recommenced him to friends and family. My water heater began to leak a few days ago necessitating a replacement asap. Richard was available in a few days and replaced my water heater and shut off valve. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No up sale attempts. I'm very pleases with the service I received. I am a general contractor, and I have used Solace on about 30 or so projects. They will get it done right, in the rare instance where we think something should be different, they are responsive and always ensure we are pleased and my customers are HAPPY. Companies are good when they handle things while everything is flowing smoothly. These guys are great with how they handle the less smooth projects as well. 10/10 recommend.

I've used Jimmy Joe's in the past, but the actual owner came out those times (R/O water filter installation and remove/reinstall toilet for new tile). I'm not sure who the person they sent out this time was, but he had no clue whatsoever, or he had instructions to up sale. Didn't have parts to fix leaking faucet (it's a Delta, not like it's unusual or anything, but it is what it is). Original Crane toilet, yes it is at least 25 years old, but they haven't exactly changed designs a lot in the past 60 years or so. I had a universal repair kit, plumber insisted it wouldn't fit. Sorry, it fit the other two identical toilets in the house. It will double flush, sorry, not if you install it correctly. Wound up having to call their office and order the belligerent person out of my house (yes really, that bad). It's a shame, they've done a good job in the past (including removing this exact toilet, letting a new tile floor be installed, and then placing the toilet back). They did this 3 years prior, and THEY were the ones who installed the it's too small, they don't make that anymore part. I'm over 60, have bad arthritis, and didn't want to be bending over replacing the parts in the toilet. I'm not going to be insulted and have an obvious up sale/lie from the plumber try and tell me I must replace the toilet instead of using a $20 part and an hour of labor. Very odd, Google shows me this review, but doesn't show it to anyone else. What gives?

Update, I replaced the leaking seal (flapper, etc., a $20 kit) with the one they told me doesn't fit. They just want to upsell you into buying a new toilet, and Google should be ashamed of themselves for hiding critical reviews. The owner needs to be much more careful who they hire, or what they instruct him to do, you lost a customer that had used you 4 times in the past.

The overall Quality and Service is outstanding. We Highly recommend these guys!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
