All-Pro plumbing answered my call on Christmas Day! The owner Rob calmly talked me through how to turn the main water off and promptly assigned his repair team to my home the next day. Fabian & Michael were the plumbers assigned to repair my pipes and they were absolutely excellent, knowledgeable and took extreme care with repair of my pipes. I have to say, I was so happy to see them! Thank you all for a job well done!

My basement flooded last May so I decided to take preventative measures this year and get my sewer line rodded and inspected. It was a very easy and pain-free experience working with Mike and Mike on this. There were no major issues with my sewer line, but was worth the peace of mind to at least know the condition of the sewer. They let me watch the inspection process all the way from my catch basin to where my sewer line meets the city's, which was interesting to see.

Licensed, professional, prompt, excellent work and fair price. Bob brought his team, performed Jetter (high-powered sewer rodding/cleanout) & also unclogged kitchen sink pipe (he fully understood the sinks initial/unique setup). They work as a team, are quick, pleasantly confident that they resolved your problem and all shake your hand afterwards. Furthermore, Bob tells you how to ensure only a regular sewer clean out is needed in the future, how to avoid sink clogs and gives a warranty for their work. Given my financial restraint, every now and then you run into top notch contractors at a fair price and the All Pro Plumbing team is one of them.

Tony showed up within an hour and half of my first call. He diagnosed my problem within minutes...a broken faucet. He had no problem answering all my questions regarding future projects. I am very pleased with the service I recieved from this local business.

Plumber after Plumber could not fix our issue. Out of desperation, a friend gave me the number to these guys who fixed her issue. I must say I am blown away. I have nothing but good things to say. All pro had to repair my collapsed sewer line under my basement floor. I was amazed at how efficient they were the job took 2 days but the sewer was dug up and replaced on day one and we were able to use it that evening . Day 2 was finishing clean up and pouring concrete. It was a lot of work but boy did they work hard! They also repaired a leaking pipe and changed out faucets . We’re quick and neat. They kept us informed every step of the way and showed us all of the things that needed repair. They were polite , respectful and very observant of safety precautions and COVID precautions. John was their lead and very concerned about our satisfaction with service!!! Well done. This is our second time using this company and they will continue to be our go to if necessary

I would give Bob and his team 10 out 5 stars if I could. These guys are very responsive, nice and honest. I had called plumbers such as roto rooters who I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and was disappointed with the service because I paid them upfront for work that they never performed. They left my toilet disconnected in the middle of my hallway for a week and never came back. I got the run around and needless to say took over a week to get money back. I called Bob from All-Pro and he was able to tell me the problem right away and fixed the issue the very next day. If any problems occur or if I have questions I can always call Bob and he will respond. Working with people who care about the work they do is the best type of service you can get. These guys hands down are the best at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Called All pro plumbing for a camera inspection for a sewage line on a home we are looking to purchase. Bob was able to come by and start the inspection but issues with the original house plumbing led to this not being possible. Bob was able to let us know what the issue was and how to solve it, if there was proper access to the sewage line I have no doubts Bob would have done an amazing job. He was able to answer all our questions and how to tackle projects when the time came to start them! 100% would recommend

My sewer was clogged and rod would not go through. John came out exactly at the appointment time. Explained the problem and what would be needed. The sewer pipe was excavated, replaced and trench back filled in a day and a half. The work area was cleaned up and John and Chaz were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. Prices were more than reasonable for the amount of work required and the work came with a 10 year warranty.

I live out of state and my poor mom didn't have use of her kitchen sink for over a month. Mike, Michael and Fabian took care of my mom's sink issues! I woke up to some water in my newly purchased home...searched Google for plumbers near me and I came across All Pro Plumbing. I called at 9am and had service by noon. They return on Monday to replace a broken portion of the sewer pipe...it was smelly and dirty but they cleaned up. They were very swift and professional, even offered to get me coffee. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs and would recommend their service.

I called All Pro Plumbing to have my sewer line viewed with a camera. The crew arrived early and were polite. I don't know their intentions but the seemed to jump to the most expensive solution to clearing roots from my sewer line. They recommended I go through my home owner's insurance to pay for a $2,800 repair (dig up and replace the clay pipe under my basement floor). They told me to tell my insurance that my line was collapsed and stressed that I not say anything about roots. I decided to get a second opinion. The plumbing company I used told me my line was not collapsed and they rodded the roots out, recommending annual rodding and Rid-X for maintenance.

The guys at All Pro did a fantastic job in helping me resolve a big water leak issue at my property. Bob was great in assessing the damage quickly, and John's repair skills were outstanding. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and the cost was fair. I highly recommend and would most definitely keep them on speed dial for any future plumbing needs.

Friday morning All Pro Plumbing reviewed a video of a tub drain leaking into the basement of my home. Saturday, 10am Joe and Bill arrive at my home wearing masks (due to the Covid-19 virus alert). I showed them the leak. They told me what needed to be done and it was consistent with what other companies were telling me (replace pipping with PVC). At 1:30pm they were finished. They cleaned up all the dust and lath they had to break through to do the job correctly. They showed me how the new tub drain held water. They showed me the new PVC piping had no leaks. In looking at their work it was very neat, very clean, very nice. Also, they didn't remove their masks until they were outside. I'm very happy with All Pro Plumbing. So, for any future plumbing concerns I may have, my first (and hopefully only) call will be to All Pro Plumbing.

Bob and Mike have come to service our poor plumbing a few times now. They are prompt, honest and courteous. If something isn't right, they fix it. If they can't do something, they'll tell you. They are fair and they are incredibly kind and professional. I have worked with many contractors who have attempted to oversell me on products and oversell me on services. These gentlemen do not do that. I would recommend this outfit to anyone in a heartbeat!

I called on Monday, and Bob and his associate scheduled me for 11:00am the next day for a faucet install/leak repair. They were not just on time, but 15 minutes early. They worked quickly, charged me a very reasonable rate, and did a fantastic job. If you need a home plumbing issue taken care of, I can't imagine you're going to find anybody better.

I noticed water under my kitchen sink come to find out the main pipeline to sewer had a 6 inch hole due to old pipes. I called All Pro they sent a plumber out immediately. Fixed the proplem in an efficient amount of time. Mike was very courteous and even cleaned up when the job was complete. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are super great and awesome. I had 3 inches of water in my basement. He came over, discovered it was just the button on my sump pump outlet was pushed out. Pushed it back in everything worked fine. Took 2 seconds, he didn't even charge me. One of the rare honest good plumbers.

I needed a lock nut replacement and a toilet fix. Bob and crew (Fabian and Mike) fixed the problems quickly and professionally. They even called to ask if they could arrive early (great) ! I will definitely call All Pro for my future plumbing needs.

Mike came and installed a drain pipe for the kitchen replaced old worn out galvanized line. Very good work I’d recommend. Explained every step of his work while he did it.

I don't know why Yelp is saying Allpro is closed because I was just serviced by them today. As a matter of fact they just handed me my receipt complete with company name and address and left 5 minutes ago. Anyway, here is my story.

We called last week about our commode because it was not letting the water go down. They came out and discovered that I had accidently threw a replacement kurieg cup in the toilet and it had stuck. All 4 men; son, husband, including the plumbers have banned me from my Kuerig. (Yeah right; it was a 125.00 mistake not a life sentence) .
In the process of fixing the toilet however, one of the gentlemen accidently broke the lid. I didn't know. I paid them. As I was handing them the money, they lead plumber told me of the accident and it was their duty to make me whole. They were very professional calling me keeping me updated. They finally came out again and explained that they still couldn't find a lid to replace mine, but would I mind them replacing the whole unit? That was integrity. They brought out the taller toilet which we previously had), and the toilet was better quality. I know because we put the previous one in. They didn't try to charge me one red dime. Also if they apologized one more time for the lid..... let's just say I finally understand why my husband gets at me for apologizing more than 2x.
They were kind, sweet, hard working and filled with integrity. I didn't have to beg and plead for them to come out like I did with big named Sears who had me hanging for a month. I tell you, I will hire them for our next home should the need arise

Been living in my home for 9 months and we been having plumbing issue with our tub , we had two plumbers came out and they were not successful with our problem . A friend of our recommend All Pro Plumbing, we call , they came out , knew what our problem was , came out the next day . And they fix our problem . They were fast and clean .

Called them to clear a backed up sink. They had a special for pipe rodding that was about 1/3 the price of a well known plumbing service. They showed up as expected and completed the service in a professional, timely manner.

TOTAL CON ARTISTS......A few months ago after an unusually hard rain storm my basement sewer started backing up so I needed to get my mainline roded out, the first thing I did was to go online and research different plumbing company's looking for one that was reasonably priced and professionally licensed.I read all the reviews and called a number of companies All Pro Plumbing had the lowest price of any company I had called $150.00 for a sewer system rod out so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment they came out on the date and time of appointment actually 10 minutes earlier than they said they would. The 2 plumbers who came out went to my basement where my sewer clean out was located and upon seeing the clean out said they couldn't access the mainline from that location so they walked around the parameter of the house and decided they could rod the mainline from the gutter spout on the side of the house which I thought was odd because I have never heard of anyone doing before but I'm not a plumber so I went along with what they wanted to do to resolve my sewer problem. The guys pulled the riding machine out of the truck and began to rod the line in less then 5 minutes one of the guys pulls the snake out of the gutter hole and tells me that I have roots in my mainline and that I would need to get my sewer dug up and replaced and that it would cost me $3500.00 to do the job,I wasn't happy but I didn't want raw sewage coming up in my sewer every time it rained so I made an appointment for them to come out the next week.....they wrote out an estimate of the work and what they would do on the company's letter head with there address and phone number so me being the type of person I am I started investigating the company before I spent $3500.00 I went to the citys web site to look for there license and bonding info and there wasn't any record of them then I went to the better business bureau site and couldn't find any records of All Pro plumbing on Indianapolis blvd so I got suspicious I mean I cant just hand $3500.00 over to someone with out a way to guarantee the work so I got in my car and drove to the address on the estimate and it was a UPS package store AKA a post office box not an actual plumbing company that's when I knew there was no way in hell I was giving them $3500.00. Long story short I called Roto Rotors and for $400.00 I got my sewer roded out and didnt need my sewer line torn out and replaced it was a con job.....Even thoe I paid All Pro Plumbing $150.00 for nothing and had to turn around and pay Roto Rotor $400.00 I didnt pay $3500.00 so I learned a lesson for $150.00 .Always do your research and trust your gut instinct.
