I got my days mixed up and wasn't home when Jake came by to do our seasonal systems check up. I was only a few miles away when I got the call. Bless his heart... he was waiting so patiently when I got home. Love doing business with Service Experts! They're always so friendly and efficient!

Nick was our technician. He came early, He called before he came and did a great job. He found no problems with the air conditioner from the power surge that we had a few days ago. Nick checked out our surge protector and said it was doing what it was supposed to do. Nick was very courteous and explained what he had done. Thank you Service Experts!

Terry did a great job getting us approved! 10 points across the board. Everything was good.

Mark Key, #517 came to analyze A/C problem. He was friendly, professional, took care to wear slip-on shoe covers inside, explained what he was checking, very thorough, explained results of his analysis, advised control board failure and blower motor problems. Provided estimated costs, need to order parts and that once new board installed with power to unit, other issues could arise.

Khalil has been to my house twice and he’s always pleasant! Dalton joined him on today and I will personally request them whenever I need service done! They’re polite, professional, and extremely helpful!!!!! Thanks for being great!!

My unit went out this morning and I contacted Service Experts for repair, replacement options. The first tech, Damian arrived timely and diagnosed my problem immediately. He put me into contact with representative Junior Sharp who went over my replacement options that fit into my budget. He did not pressure me to buy a contract and put me at ease with finding a replacement choice that was within my budget. He also responded timely on a Saturday Morning. I would recommend Service Experts to anyone in needed of cooling or heating repair or replacement.

As stated above, the professionalism and responsiveness rates at a ten. The serviceman was pleasant &. very knowledgeable. He actually took time to explain things to me as it relates to my unit and he also was concerned about my upcoming renewal of the contract to ensure that there will be no break in coverage. We signed up for a Plus maintenance plan, where you get twice a year inspections, & a discount on any future repairs/services. I highly recommend this company, & especially Jake & Quinn.

Technician Mark Key #517 responded about an hour after call to resolve problem with a new package unit not functioning at our church on Sunday morning. Mark was friendly and professional and solved problem within 1 hour and classrooms were cooling down for afternoon occupants.

My extended family and I have used this company for at least 25 years over multiple houses, and they have always given excellent service. They have installed several systems for us and have worked to make sure everything is working properly. Twice-yearly service appointments are easy and convenient. Nick was especially helpful in trouble-shooting issues for my mom and always gives excellent service.

I came home from out of town to find my furnace wasn't working. I poked around a bit and found it was outside of my scope to fix.I called Service Experts based on the Google reviews I read and I am glad I did! They had a technician at my house within the hour who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.One thing I really appreciate is that they didn't try to aggressively upsell me, they made a few suggestions but were very clear that the ball was in my court.I will definitely be coming back for any future heating and air issues I may have.

I just want to start off by saying Nick and Ian were fantastic. They were patient while I had an issue with the local office and then did a great job repairing my aircon. The local office itself is a bit of choas. I had a morning time, they missed it, so they gave me 2 hours later, and they missed that too, and only after I called each hour to get updates that they sent out the guys. They also didn't tell me all the info they needed to get approval for fixing the AC, but in the end I did the work to get them to get it done. So 5 stars to the boys who came out and 3 stars to the company.

Jake came out to service our 2 units for the winter. Even though he was late due to a flat tire he was very apologetic and so professional. He got right to work and finished in 1.5 hours and was very respectful and friendly. I didn't even know he was here he was so quiet as he worked which allowed me to get the rest of my house chores completed easily. It was a great service! I would love to have him come back anytime for future services!

Motor went out on thursday, quick fix failed, parts were ordered, overnighted, and installed with 24 hours.

So last week I was out of town working and my wife son was home. The A/C had quit working throughout the night. So with me not there she called these folks. Tried to sell her a $8000 unit and said ours was bad. Told her to go stay with her mom until I got home. I went and bought a hard start and capacitor and fixed the problem. Beware of these crooks. It must be there coworkers writing these good reviews because there all LIES!!

The quality of the unit installed is most definitely inferior, of poor quality. Took over a year for them to take my concerns seriously about noise when AC was running. They finally replaced the compressor (on a TWO YEAR OLD UNIT). Still rattles periodically. Last time they were here they replaced the thermostat thinking that would stop the rattling on the outside portion.My BUILDER’S GRADE York unit lasted over 15 years. Doubt this one will last half that. DO NOT PURCHASE SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY. Maybe it’s like washers and dryers...nothing is made to last any more.After initially dragging feet on dealing with a bad compressor they’ve been very attentive. All employees are professional. Not all techs are as seasoned or knowledgeable so be sure to ask for one that’s been there a while if you’re having an issue.

I find it hard to believe that anyone would use a heat and air conditioning company other than Service Experts. I have been a customer since 2008 with ZERO complaints and I've been110% satisfied. In purchasing my latest system, I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and Alex. These two exemplified what I love about Service Experts. Professionalism in every sense of the word. Straightforward, detailed, courteous, but most importantly they showed concern in making sure my needs were understood and met, while providing me with an assortment of options and assessments.

I’m changing my review. I canceled service with them for the membership, and two months later they are still charging me. I thought maybe that first month it was because it was the same month I canceled, but I just got charged again. So that seems a bit devious. They were very overpriced for a hot water heater, so I went with my usual plumbing company who installed a new tank, and brought the gas line up to code (which SE didn’t include in the quote or mention was not to code) for over $1000 less. The first technician who visited last year was nice and professional, but that’s about all I can say.

Had set up an appointment with Service Experts to charge refrigerant on AC system for next day service. About 30 minutes after service window, received a call from the tech who seemed disgruntled that I wasn’t interested in an up-sell of products or services and promptly told me that he didn’t have R22 on the truck, so wasn’t going to make the hour commute to look at it. Fine with the decision, but had a negative, poor customer-service attitude. Could have communicated it differently. Frustrated that had to wait 24+ hours for service to ultimately not receive service.Called competitor directly after, who professionally walked through options, actually down-selling products to save money and set up prompt service.

Another great visit from the guys at Service Experts. Buck and Dee called ahead to confirm Precision tune-up. Showed up and completed work. Reviewed with me the work completed and made a few suggestions. I would be glad to recommend Buck and Service Experts to anyone and have always been pleased with the professional work they provide. From Dhane to Trish, Cassie, and Jennifer, they all make using Service Experts an enjoyable experience. THANKS!

Our unit was serviced today by Xavier from Service Experts of Memphis; Xavier was very polite but went straight to work performing maintenance on our unit. He checked the unit in the attic and then checked and cleaned the outside unit. He told us the unit was performing as it should be but would now work easier being cleaned. I would recommend Service Experts to anyone and if Xavier shows up at your door you will be very pleased with the service.

It has taken a while as parts were not readily available but as they came in the were installed. The final step occurred today and the system is running great. We were having a nightmare with our furnace but Jake came and saved the day! We were not pressured to purchase a new unit, he checked out our system completely and located what was causing the problem and fixed it! Our furnace is back running better than it was before. I called Service Experts and they came out the same day. My furnace has a 2-stage heating system and only the first stage would come on, resulting in little or no heat in my home. I had been living with this for about 10 days when I called them. They problem was difficult to diagnose but they returned on 3 occasions to make sure I had at least some heat. The problem was finally determined and they worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. The price was very reasonable and I also signed up for a 1 yr service agreement. If you need assistance with your heat or air, I suggest you call them first. They are dedicated and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

I contacted Service Experts independently after unsatisfactory experiences with the contractors used through my home warranty. The service was prompt and professional! MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING! Shame on us! The Advantage Program is only good for people who plan on dying in their home! We were 100% lied to by JUNIOR (yes real name). When I asked what would happen should we move. Oh that is a good thing, the program just transfers to them (truth) but not told of the consequences. When we used Service Experts we really had no intention of moving. Now there is a very real possibility that we will in a year. So either we have to convince the new homeowners to take on $250 plus per month payment, OR we have to buyout out the 18K, or include it in the purchase price of the home. DON'T get this on a new product unless you are never leaving. BUY an air conditioner, then use their low level cleaning and service program (if you choose to use them at all). This program takes away any freedom you may have if you need or want to move. Again - shame on us, and shame on Junior for not telling us the truth. He should have said - you should get this but do not plan on leaving. BAD PROGRAM and now a company that I will never use for anything else.

My mom, Janis, is the one who used the service but she does not have a Google account; here is her review below:The sales/service men Nick and Ian came out here on the first day to give my furnace it's yearly cleaning and check up. Nick took my blower assembly out and checked it throughly. In doing so, he discovered my gas furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and could not be repaired. They would have to cut gas off to my furnace. My outside compressor was old too and had repairs for the last three years. They explained the many ways I would benefit from replacing both and was absolutely correct. Ian sat down with me and explained my different options including pricing and payments until we found something that was a perfect fit. The installation team, Jake and Ramon came in a couple of days and installed whole complete new HVAC system They were very very professional and courteous. As they went along with the install they answered any questions I had. They knew exactly what they were doing, and had it installed and cleaned up in the timeframe promised. Nick came back after the install and did a duct cleaning. He is very friendly and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and cleaned up as he went along. Thanks Service Experts for hiring such great people. On time, courteous, knowledgable, thorough and efficient, leaving no mess. And yes competitive pricing and total protection for ten years. We recently moved to the Memphis area and contacted Service Experts for a complete system installation. Billy Hamilton, the service representative showed up on a Saturday afternoon on less than 24 hours notice to provide us a quote.Mr. Hamilton listened closely to the options were were interested in, made invaluable recommendations based on his extensive knowledge of the climate in Memphis and assessed our needs.The following Monday, we received a quote for 3 different and complete systems from which we could choose. We reviewed the quote against 3 others quotes we received and determined that Service Experts provided the best value for our money. I contacted Mr, Hamilton the day before Thanksgiving to inform him of our selection and to inquire as to when the installation could be scheduled as we had no HVAC in the house at all. He was able to schedule the installaton for the day after Thanksgiving. This kind of service is unheard in the area from which we relocated.The installation team arrived promptly Friday morning at 8:00am and by 2:00pm that afternoon we had a fully installed and operational HVAC system.Many thanks to Billy, the installation team, and to Service Experts for their professionalism. I feel like it is important to let folks know my experience with this company . . .Had a tech come out and inspect my air which wasn't working properly. He did not do a thorough evaluation of my system. Instead he pumped 400$ worth of freon into my system which leaked out within a week. I was left at square 1, with 400$ less. Even follow up technicians indicated that the freon was excessive.I felt that a refund was fair. After many weeks of trying to get help, leaving messages, waiting on callbacks . . . I had about had it. They only wanted to offer me a credit toward a whole new unit purchased from them, of course.I told them that I felt like it was fair to get a full refund and be able to choose where I take my business. At that point I knew where I wouldn't be taking my business. Who wants to feel like you have to battle with someone who you are paying hard earned money?They finally relented and gave me a partial refund, which took several more weeks to come through.This is probably an isolated incident. But, in my experience this company cared about one thing only . . . the bottom line. Not me or my family or even their own reputation. Just the $.

Had these folks come out and check my A/C after it quit blowing cold air. The so called “technician” said my compressor was bad and I need a new unit. Then the con artist salesman showed up and tried to sell me a $8500 unit. So I googled my unit and it’s only $1080 brand new for everything. Then I got our a/c guy from work to come out and take a look and all the problem was a bad capacitor. 10 min later and $14 later I was back up and running!! BEWARE of these CROOKS!!!!

On a hot, Saturday afternoon at 5pm in the afternoon my A/C went out. I called a couple of companies but Service Experts was the only one willing to come out on a weekend, the day before Father's day. Nick Murphy showed up from Service Experts about an hour later. Have had several ac installs done over the years and dealt with many techs. I have fixed ac units myself in the past along with doing flow calculations, return size, copper upgrades,etc. typically I have a good idea of what needs to be done.I had to work on install day which I hate doing as I like to be home.I have never given a 5 star review in my life but Josh (Josue)R#354 was great and deserves it. Before he even started the job, he called me at work and told me some things he found that needed to be done with the install. Everything he told me I already suspected as I had done all the calculations and looked at the unit specs. This is the first time I have used service experts but will not be the last, was extremely pleased with their installation work/team. They will definitely be my first bid in the future.If you are in Memphis do not hesitate to use service experts, if you can request your install man/team strongly recommend Josh (Josue)#354. Buck was also great #348.The best feeling after a job is feeling you can trust the man doing the work if you did not do it yourself. On Friday, November 19, 2021 SEHAC Tech Billy was assigned to perform a winter tune up as part of our annual maintenance service agreement. He was ably assisted by Dalton. The job was two fold job performing a winter tune up on 11 units (i.e., . our church and three rental properties). The appointment time was scheduled in a window that range between 8 -10 a.m. . Billy arrived between 8:15 and 8:30 a.m. . Billy was the lead on the job he was very personable and professional. First he did a walk thru of the property before beginning the job to ensure that the work order reflected our needs and our expectations. It did and that was great because there was some confusion during the scheduling process regarding the agreement and its coverage. I was greatly pleased to see that all the units would be covered in this one visit. The job was completed completed in a timely and professional manner and both Tech were willing and ready to address any questions or concerns that I had.Now I can literary say WOOHOO because ALL of our units are now ready for winter thanks to Billy and Dalton..I have no problem in rating this job as a 5 star production. Jake was my tech this time, and he arrived exactly at noon. Service Experts is a terrific company. With this incredibly hot summer we are having, my a/c went out and I didn't have a lot of hope of getting same day service. They sent out a technician within a couple of hours. Mark Key, #517, not only found the problem immediately, he waited in his van for close to an hour to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Called up Service Experts to diagnose why our house wasn’t getting A/C. This was our 3rd company as the previous two seemingly didn’t want our business or have the time to correctly diagnose the issue.Ian and Denzel came out and spent a couple hours with us to fully understand our HVAC system. Eventually they figured out the issue and as of today we have working A/C. They both were great and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Very satisfied with the recent service performed by Service Technician Josh R., who responded to a late call and quickly determined the cause of my furnace failure. He performed a temporary repair to provide heat until the replacement part could be obtained and installed. Josh was professional, efficient and provided an explanation of the entire process. Josh even took time to play with my inquisitive Shih Tzu.

Nick, Alex, and Bryan showed up and got the job done when my A/C went out in 90+ degree heat! Nick did an excellent job assessing my issue and fixing it right away, and he and Alex laid out all my options for repairs (what I absolutely needed, what I could wait on, but also giving me fair assessments for risk of waiting on any of the recommendations.) Alex let me know about all available savings options I could utilize towards current and future costs, spending time to go over pricing and explain procedure without being pushy at all. Bryan was training, but was an active participant and asked helpful questions that allowed me to learn and understand what the issue was as well as proper maintenance for the future integrity of my system, so I was glad he was there too! Thanks for getting me fixed up!

Wm Hamilton, my Tech arrived on time and performed all services required on both the inside and outside equipment and kept me informed of his findings. This was the first maintenance visit since my new system was installed in Dec. 2021. Everything seems to be working properly. I have been pleased with this system. I have been doing business with this company for several years and have not ever been disappointed with the quality of their work. In addition, Tonya (in the office) was a delight and very helpful in the completion of this form!

I've been a customer of Service Experts for 18 years. They originally installed my current system at that time and I have had a service contract with them every since. Today my system stopped working and so I called and they came within a few hours (100 degree day). Ian and Nick addressed the issue that needed to be fixed (minor repair) and didn't focus their efforts on trying to sell me a new system. I know that mine is old and that I will need a new one in the next few years, but would prefer to replace it when it is beyond economical repair and not just because it's old. They understood that and addressed what needed to be done. I greatly appreciate them for doing that.

I came home from work at 7pm only to find my air conditioning was not working during the hottest time of the year in Memphis. My house was 90 degrees! I called a few companies and no one was willing to make an evening service call, most promised they would come sometime the next day, one even said they could be there in 2 days. I spoke to Dhane, the Manager, and he was very pleasant on the phone and assured me not to worry. He said he would get someone out there that evening, even if it meant 11pm. Around 9 pm Micheal (I think he goes by Allen) showed up to help. He was extremely professional, communicated with me throughout the entire process. He made sure I fully understood the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. He was very efficient and had me back up and running within no time. This was my first time using them. I feel they went above and beyond to assist me and because of that I will now be a customer for life. It's hard to find good honest companies that make their customers priority. I've already schedule my yearly maintenance tune up with them!

My experience was great. My AC UNIT was serviced. They were right on time as agreed. Billy and Terry know their job and does it with pride. Keep up the great work. I recommend Service Experts Memphis to anyone.

The technicians told me our unit had a huge leak and was completely out of freon and it would take about 6 or 7 pounds at $248/lb. They also told me that the leak was so bad that even if they did recharge the system it would not last me the rest of the day. Then a sales expert came to my house and told me it would take over $2000 to replace the coil and recharge the system. Cannon Bros came out the same day, told me we only needed 2 lbs @ $50/lb. That was Wednesday and our air has been working great since then. Save yourself some money and call Cannon Bros instead.

I worked with Terry Gaines and Nick Nelson when I moved into my new house a couple weeks ago. Nick found an issue with our AC capacitor and fixed it before it left us with a problem. Terry had use set up for a tankless water heater system (had one at the old house and loved it). These guys are awesome.

I use this company once and when I tried to use it again they had a bad attitude and full of confusion. I was out of a air condition for 8 days and a salesperson that I was dealing with too busy to help me. I will never use this company ever again, and will not tell people too use them. Go with someone else. And on that note, “they not the only air condition company in Memphis.

Nick (our technician for today) was friendly, helpful, informative, and all around great! He went as far as to show me exactly what he was talking about on our unit, explain information about R20 units, and answer any/all of my questions in a professional manner. He kept in contact prior to his visit, so I knew what his lineup for the day looked like and when to expect him. He also wasn't bothered by my loud dogs (and most people are).
