We had a problem with our utility tubs in our basement filling up, we called Tom and Rick. They said the problem went all the way to the sewer line. They did their thing and got the pipe unclogged fast. They are great guys and best part is they are 24/7. I would recommend you call them if you need anything done.

Tom installed a sump pump in my basement. He broke up the concrete, dug the hole, installed the basin, pump and plumbing and he even did the electrical work as well. He started the job the day after I accepted his quote. He finished the job in a timely and quality fashion. I would recommend!

Can't possibly fit it all in here, but it was a total nightmare. Never showed up, had to call several times a day, for months, just to try and get work finished, which it never was. Now, I'm having problems with the work that was done, but I wouldn't dream of calling him, because it's not even worth it. Had to have 2 other companies come and finish the job. Had already paid 75%, which was a lottt of $ for the poor work that was done. Not even worth taking to court, coz I would imagine he wouldn't show up for that either. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Pay a little more and save yourself the stress and extra $ you'll have to spend anyways to get the job finished 🤦‍♀️

Was on time and had job done in a reasonable amount of time

Never showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem. Gave quote I paid him in full. Very hard to get him to come back to finish the job
Took time off work when he was supposed to come over and didn’t show. Dug a hole in the front yard sloppy work to fill in. Dug up concrete never repaired he wanted to dig more we didn’t want to deal with him anymore. I would not recommend at all
I feel we overpaid for the work that was done

If you’re reading this, stop, find a new contractor immediately. Save yourself the time, money, heartache and hassle. ATM is exactly how customers are treated.
