Many thanks to Ryan, Vanessa and all their employee's that helped get our electric meter base and mast changed. This company is very professional and I would highly recommend to anybody that would need their services. Our house was a pending sale and the job got done ahead of schedule. I had problems with the outlets in both of my bathrooms. (they were out, but the lights worked) In the morning, I left David a brief description of the problem on his recorder and he called me that night. He walked me through the problem, step by step and in 6 minutes, the problem was solved. NO CHARGE FOR HIS ADVISE!!! Hard to believe, in this day and age, that a man like David still walks around. He saved me $$$$$$$$, big time. Thank you David.

Lights Inc worked in torrential rain on a Friday night to replace 3 and fix 12 LED Security lights at my business park in Mountlake Terrace. Their pricing was reasonable too especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend and use them again for sure.

Our electrician was outstanding. He is really approachable and friendly. He was incredibly understanding of our home setting and always made time for our questions. He was incredibly accomodating and answered all of our queries without any problems. I greatly appreciate it.

Technician will make necessary update to meet code requirement as this is a part of the job so be sure and understand that sometime a simple job may takes a little longer because of that reason. Company is charging you for each ½ hour so even if the service runs into additional 10 minutes be prepared to pay for full ½ hour. If you understand that part then you’ll be okay when your technician give you an invoice. Other than that I have no complain.

They had poor customer service and were not helpful

Chad was top notch. I called when I figured that I was over my head changing a light fixture and need assistance. I was hoping for a quick response to come out and do the install for me (electric is scary) . Instead he gave me instructions on how to do it myself if I was so inclined. He spent a couple of hours helping me troubleshoot via text and I got my little project done. He said he would come to my house immediately if I could t do it on my own. Good guy, I look forward to meeting him with a project I can’t do myself. Never had that great service from a contractor. Thanks Chad!
