I really enjoyed exploitation this business as a result of they were super fast and economical. they provide you step by step directions on-line and it had been terribly clear consecutive direction I had to travel. They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.

They are horrible. Do NOT return phone calls,, when they finally do they lie,are arrogant…they only you are not important enough to answer, only just let them come out and fix the problem and I pay the bill( no matter what the amount, without any form of estimate). VERY ARROGANT LIARS!!! VERY RANK AMATEUR,, ARROGANT APPROACH ….wouldn’t trust them for one minute.

J&S did all the plumbing in my home. A dial was messed up on our shower knob so the hot and cold was not accurate. I called to schedule a time for them to come and fix it at my builders recommendation. They said they couldn’t without billing me since it was over a year and no longer covered. Forget that it was barely over a year, in a pandemic where we haven’t been eager to let people into our home considering the circumstances. The dial is a couple of minute fix for a professional, it was their mistake to start with but skirted their responsibility in a year where maybe you shouldn’t be such a stickler about exact year “warranties” and give people a little grace. A real jerk move.
