Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

We've hired J.Z. Plumbing for three separate jobs now, because they've always done a great job at a reasonable price. The most recent job was to replace several corroded drain pipes underneath the house, which required an enormous amount of digging, moving a fence, and of course installing a ton of new PVC pipe. Jose was great to work with - he was responsive throughout the whole process, got everything done quickly, and was even considerate enough to do things like clean the dirt off the sidewalks for us. We will definitely hire him again the next time we need anything.

We just bought a home in Far North Dallas. One of the pipes behind the house was letting off water and a neighbor called to complain.We made one call to J National, they had a rep out the same day. Needless to say tyey found the leak and did a speedy repair. We are considering using them for our remodel. I guess its to be continued.......

Total waste of time

I have used this company many times, but I will not depend on their services any longer and found a new reliable company. You usually need a plumber when emergencies show up , Right?? I had a sewage clog in my lines on a Sunday, also Father's Day. We had a flood inside the house , did not even have a working toilet , shower or washing machine.I was told by a unprofessional woman that they were closed and unavailable to give me a referral. Not dependable.
