Love this company! They actually answer their phone. I had a hot water heater challenge in my personal home and they were out within a few hours of my call. Wesley came in on his off time to address my problem with the tankless water heater. After quickly figuring out the issue, he ordered parts and fixed the problem. He explained each step what was being done. I highly recommend DFW and Wesley. He will be my go to person.

I called Quick Fix Kitchen & Toilets Leaking on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency plumbing issue. Not only did they answer the phone right away, but they also sent a technician to our home within the hour. They were able to fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.

This gentleman and his team do a really great job at a fair price. He is honest and easy to do business with.They have replaced my gas mains (house and pool). Found/fixed a hard to find gas leak in my attic that others couldn’t locate. Today they are replacing my water main.

I am in commercial real estate and there is not another company I will use. I cannot tell you how many times I have had a plumber quote me something outrageous, only to have LGC come out behind them and tell me the problem is not that bad and save me thousands of dollars. Just a few weeks ago a plumber told me we had a slab leak at a retail center and it would cost $29,000. LGC came out and it turns out the problem will only cost about $4K to repair. You won't find anyone more honest than them.

Hi there all you busy people. Thanks for taking the time to read this review and I hope that it finds you well and in need of a great Electrician.Let's start at the beginning. I started to get flickering lights, my garage door stopped opening automatically, the A/C went out along with my electric stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. I had partial power...meaning my TV worked and I had some lights in the house. I live in Texas, in incredibily HOT weather in the summer...and of course, when the A/C went out during the beginning of July in 100 degree heat I was terrified.I called my electric company (Oncor, BOO!) to help get the power going. I had no idea what was going on. They came out when I wasn't here and left a note on my door stating I would have to replace the part on the meter box because it wasn't their problem and they suggested I call an electrician to get the power going. Luckily I have a home warranty and they sent out J National Contractors from Dallas. Juan Chavelas made the call. My power went out on a Friday afternoon...the hottest part of the day and everyone was reluctant to come out on a weekend and they wanted an arm and leg for emergency calls. It was now Saturday afternoon and I still had no power. When Juan came out he was exhausted from working all day, but he still cared about my problem. He knew I was without power in 100 degree heat with no where to go. I don't have a lot of money for hotel rooms and no way to cook my food. He went right to work.Juan finished the job quickly without taking a break in the heat. He got my power back on in less than an hour. This kind of company, and man, go to show you that some people still care about the customer. Which is number one in my book. I don't normally do reviews unless someone goes above and beyond the call of duty. This company is now going to be my go to company when I need an electrician. If you need good people who care about the customer and not just the money, please go with them. Their efficient friendly attitude is so refreshing in a world that's filled with so many people who are just there for the paycheck and don't care about your problems. So please, go with J National if you need a good reference

I've been here 2 years and we have new staff so I'm hoping this will be a better complex for me, my son, and my dog! The new women in the office are very helpful so I'll edit this review in a couple months. The apartments suck but as do most but hopefully they make good changes for the community. Update: maintenance requests can get rocky but the maintenance team makes sure to handle business in a timely manner. Everyone smiles and waves at you and all my neighbors are very nice. It's especially nice in the fall when all the kids start going outside more. Despite some of its aesthetics, it really is a homely place.

I have used this company many times, but I will not depend on their services any longer and found a new reliable company. You usually need a plumber when emergencies show up , Right?? I had a sewage clog in my lines on a Sunday, also Father's Day. We had a flood inside the house , did not even have a working toilet , shower or washing machine.I was told by a unprofessional woman that they were closed and unavailable to give me a referral. Not dependable.
