Jeffery does amazing work and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He moved our gas outlet to accommodate our new stove and helped fix a minor gas leak issue we were having. While he was there I kinda sprung on him another plumbing issue i had with our bathroom shutoff valves and he accepted the additional work no problem. On top of that, he even stuck around to help me balance the stove feet levelers to get it perfectly aligned with the wall. Glad I found thorough plumbing!

I've used these guys many times. Never an issue, pricing and repairs are honest. They don't upsell you to put in a new system, they repair what you have.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

Jonathan did a great job repairing a foundation leak for us. On time, every time and communicated to us throughout the entire process. Nice to have good, quality, and timely service!

Our water bill was on the rise for no reason. Kyle and Aaron responded quickly and professionally with great a customer friendly approach. They went to work found a couple of problem areas (exterior) and without hesitation remedied all issues. Kyle and later Brian answered several questions on our current hot water status and offered suggestions for future changes. I used this family owned and operated company a year ago. I just made an appointment and am excited to have my R/O system get new filters. The best part is they are professional and don’t replace any filter, like the expensive membrane, unless it’s necessary. Last year they told me how to reset my fridge filter warning light and not pay to replace its filters ((another expense eliminated) since the sink R/O is directly plumbed into the fridge. Speaking of plumbing, this is a licensed plumber doing the job!

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
