WE RECENTLY HAD ANOTHER COMPANY TELL US WE NEEDED A RE pipe. And never called us back until now October 4 Well we called Anderson and they came completely did the job and we are absolutely satisfied..this company goes above and beyond for their customers..I love it ...Don't waste your time or money call Anderson..you won't regret it .. They are Awesome

Cost me $500.00 deductible because they said I left my hose hooked to the faucet. Not true…at all. And I was never asked if I left my hose connect which means the workman made an assumption and reported it to my insurance. The plumber and I discussed the lack of insulation causing the pipe to freeze, he inserted insulation around the pipe and he left me pipe insulation. They still claim it was my fault (calling me a liar to my face) and that a lack of insulation had NO part in the freezing of the pipe. FYI…OKC Code now REQUIRES plumbers to insulate sillcocks. I wonder why engineers would require sillcocks to be insulated?

I have used this company twice in the last month. The first time I used them, I had avaccum breaker replaced on my front outdoor faucet.I had already purchased my part from Lowe's for $25 retail. I felt that the technician did a great job so when not even 3 weeks later my back faucet needed a new vaccum breaker (exact same as the front), I called this company requesting the same technician. Rather than purchase the part, I trusted the company thinking that at the most I would have to pay an additional 20% for the part. To my surprise, and not broken out on the invoice until I called and spoke to management requesting a breakout, I found that that exact same $25 retail price at Lowes cost me $97.5 at Herman's Plumbing for the exact same part that you can today find listed for $25 retail at Lowes on the internet. That is an increase of $72.5 or over 200%. When I called and spoke to management, I was told that this is how Herman's Plumbing marks up their prices. I am not sure how this company calculates this increase but by definition this is called price gouging and as I told management. This is ridiculous and I will not be using Herman's Plumbing again. The technition did a great job.

He did some warranty work on our hot water heater he saved us a lot of headache and he done an excellent job will definitely use him again I would recommend that every one with any plumbing issues to call Bradley he is super fair works fast and gets the job done. Very professional.

Rooted out the sewer pipe for me, in the back yard. Need to replace the line soon, can not afford it right now. Blake got the line unblocked for now. Very nice guys, I recommend them.

Like the first reviewer said, when we had our emergency due to a backflow preventer failure, these guys were right on top of it. They showed up in less than an hour and were extremely courteous, open and disclosed the cost before the work. Once the work was completed I felt as if I knew exactly what they had done and that they had done it correctly. Very happy with the two guys and would highly recommend them again! Great work gentlemen.

Cleared a clogged sewer even on a Sunday! Thanks to Robert and Skylar!

I called this company about 8:30 pm after realizing I had a plumbing issue at my home and wanted it repaired. Since it was after hours I talked to their after hours answering service and was told a technician would be calling me back shortly. After an hour and a half later with no call from a tech I called back again and spoke with their after hours service and was told again that a tech would be in touch with me shortly. Finally after another hour and a half with no call back, I gave up and decided to go to bed and would call again in the morning. I've used this company before and had a great experience a little over a year ago. it also was an after hours call and had no problems. Anyways, I called this morning and spoke with a lady in the office and expressed to her my disappointment for not getting a return call from a tech and she said that since I didn't call back first thing this morning, she assumed I got someone else to come out and do the repair and that the techs were too busy to place a 2 minute call to a return customer last night. I'm personally in the customer service business and as far as I'm concerned this is not acceptable nor should it be. I would have to let this employee go for not taking a couple of minutes to let a customer know that you are busy and will get to them as soon as possible. I wont use them again for this reason alone and don't recommend there services to anyone in need of good customer service. REMEMBER the customer is the reason your still in business.

Brad and Gilbert are super helpful! My drainer in the bathroom got blocked by hair and they corrected the dilemma They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the pipe and left me a bottle of pipe shield. Professional service, patient, and valuable!
