I recently had an awesome experience with Coe Plumbing. Kevin (who prefers to be called Cupcake) is a true professional and I recommend him specifically if you are able to request him. I received a ridiculous quote and assessment from Mullin Plumbing so I called Coe to have them come check on 2 clogged shower drains that I had. Mullin spent 15 min looking and said I needed a new line for $2300 plus $250 equipment plus $95 for the quick, shoddy assessment. Coe sent Cupcake out and he diligently unclogged my older (60s) shower drains while answering any questions I had and generally being very pleasant to be around and chargd around $150 to clear both drains. Overall, I can say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the OKC area for any sort of house call/repair. Strong recommend.

EDIT (since I can’t make another review with the same account): (One year later) I just had to have Cupcake come out again and unclog my drain. Another awesome customer service experience. Coe will be my go to plumbing company for as long as I’m in OKC.

Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Same day service was always completed and the work was well done. He is nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Called them because I had a line that was backing up due to tree roots. They were able to come out that day and take care of it. Excellent service as always guys!

Joe has been our go to plumber for the last year or so and he's definitely the best! We have had some challenging plumbing issues in our older home and he has diligently worked with us and taken care of every problem. Plus, he's friendly and personable while maintaining professionalism. We won't use any other plumber! Thanks Joe!

A shout out to Mr. Rooter, owner David Duck, for his prompt service to answer a call regarding an outdoor leak that just appeared and was confusing to see. He sent out Karey who arrived within 20 minutes. Karey listened, assessed, answered my questions, and made recommendations.

Call guy and he is like don't call at 3:30 in the afternoon if you need a plumber unless you plan to pay overtime.
