We called on Thursday to have someone out to look at the pipes under the house. They were scheduled to come by on the following Monday, in the morning. On Monday, I received a call that they could schedule a fix for a leaky faucet. They had sent someone out on the previous Friday, when no one was home, and all he had done was walk around the house and check our hose faucets. He didn't look under the house at all. When I asked them to send someone out to check under the house, like they were supposed to do in the first place, they told me I would have to wait until Tuesday, which means taking another day off of work. They refused to send anyone else out on the scheduled day. They could have called me on Friday, and this might've been avoided. Instead, they waited to call me until Monday afternoon. Very disappointed.

Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Same day service was always completed and the work was well done. He is nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

I called Joe because I had been having a drain problem that I was no getting enough feedback about when I had other plumbers come out and unclog my drain. He came by on time. He immediately started troubleshooting as I was informing him about the past issues. He utilized a method that made more sense to unclog my drain and he informed me of some bad plumbing under my sink. He unclogged my drain as he explained what he was doing the entire time. The cost of the work is affordable and he approaches the work as if it was his own home. His experience shows in his knowledge.

They were supposed to show up at 10:30am Thursday 5/4/2023. However, it was raining. They called and asked to reschedule for 5/5/2023 at 9:30am. They never showed up or called on 5/5/2023. I will never use them again.

it cost 104 for a estimate. why not call a company with free estimates and save 100 dollars to fix the problem?? im goin to a smarter company seeeee yaaa

Call guy and he is like don't call at 3:30 in the afternoon if you need a plumber unless you plan to pay overtime.
