They came, assessed the situation, and promptly provided a quote, after which the required work was scheduled and carried out. They put in new recessed lighting, fans, and an entirely new electrical panel. Everything was completed in just two days, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a pool pump that was not working. The tech came out to diagnose the motor issue. He did some testing and determined it was a bad capacitor. A month later I get a call from the tech saying that the new part is not working and advised me to take the motor in to get tested.
Isn’t this what I am paying you guys for? To diagnose and repair the motor issue? When you first arrived, you should have just told me to take the motor to someone who can actually test it and fix it, instead of charging me while you misdiagnosed it. I then get a bill for $172.08!
I feel very ripped off and thus compelled to tell my story.
