The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

Excellent experience. Called Pence Plumbing this morning. Was onsite this afternoon and fixed my problem. Price was flexible given the short amount of time onsite. Is now my goto plumber and would refer to anyone who asks for service recommendation.

At this point it feels like I have had Chapman work on everything in my house except the pipes themselves. I mention this because over the last 18 months I have had them replace 2 Furnances, 2 AC units, 1 Water heater and help to diagnose a leak and fix the issue (toilet flange that settled and opened up a gap in the floor).

I have gone back to Chapman Brothers time after time because they are professional, their office staff is friendly and informative and their plumbers are personable, thorough and do high quality work. There are probably companies that you can get to do a cheaper job of it but it will cost you more in the end, what you are paying for is a company that is well run, well staffed and so far as I can tell stands behind their work.

Glad to find there are still companies that do business like this.

When my son finished his shower the knob would not move and so the shower kept running. It was midnight and I a first time homeowner didn’t know what to do. My mother recommended them to me and I immediately reached out. They were very informative as to what steps to take until they came. When they came they examined the shower and informed me of the damage and steps needed for repair. They were able to fix it the same day. Will definitely be a repeat client and highly recommend. They were very professional and welcoming.

I am very pleased with the work clearflow and the team did for me. When Rolando first came to look at my water heater I felt no pressure. In fact, he told me i could wait a few months, so i did. I called around regarding price and what they quoted me was fair. The team was very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. So far i’m pleased with my new water heater.

Amazing family owned & operated company. I needed a new sink. I spoke with Mr. DeGrace over the phone an within 1 hour he sent his son & another worker William who then installed a beautiful brand new faucet and spigot. The work was done within under an hour and it’s absolutely beautiful. The water pressure is very strong. I love it. His prices are very fair if not economical! I’ll never use another plumber again. We needed a new smart thermostat installed. We hired these guys about two months ago for HVAC repair, so we called them again. They gave us a reasonable quote. The technician arrived on time, installed the thermostat, and guided us on how to operate it. Another great experience with this company. Highly recommended.

What a rip off! Guy was in my house for 5 minutes and did a quick fix. Did not even do the complete repair that was needed. Sent me a bill over $150 and I still need to get the job done right. The price they gave me should have completed the job. Not just a temporary fix. I would not recommend

I’ve used Super Plumber on numerous occasions on all three of my houses. They are reliable, on time, clean up after themselves and very respectful. Their prices are extremely fair. I would highly recommend using them if you want the job done right and want a fair price. SUPER PLUMBER YOUR THE BEST. Thank you for a job well done.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
