So happy we found Chris. He knows his stuff and quoted a more than fair price. Two other companies came out before him. They didn’t even look at the water heater. Just started quoting us outrageous prices. Chris is the kind of guy you hope to find. Owner/Operator. Got right into the water heater and quoted far less than others. Came out immediately. And very friendly.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

I am purchasing a new home and anyone knows that is one of the most stressful things we go through in life. I received my inspection report back and there were a couple things in question with the plumbing. I called several people and the customer service was not impressive nor would anyone help me unless they came out to the property. I am not the owner of the house yet so I was unable to schedule that and was left without answers. I was on a time limit due to my earnest money on the line. UNTIL, I called Spyder Plumbing and spoke with Robert. He was very informative and helped me on so many different levels without having to come out to the property. Robert even took it one step further and proposed an estimate based on our phone conversation and the work that needed to be done per the inspection report and had it back to me within hours!!! I cannot thank Robert enough for helping me and me a priority without receiving any form of payment from me. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an exceptional customer service and someone that is genuinely there to help with so much information.

They never showed up told me they would be here at 12 never called texted notching called them the next day let me see what happen never called me back not good business practice

Technician very professional and thorough. I called after hours and technician got here in 30 minutes. I was so pleased with the response. An hour later I had cool air. Thank you Matt!

I used this company about 3 times. They are nice people but it doesn’t take away from the fact that they got over on us. We paid about 180 the first time 100 the same day because we had to call them back and they did a jeter not sure if I spelled it right so it cost an additional 100. It worked for a few months then the problem came back. They came and told us since we were flushing flushable wipes down the toilet it blocked everything. So we paid 180 again. Altogether we paid about 600$. The last time they came was the end of October. It began giving us problems recently which is December 8. They number they gave us is disconnected we tried a different number and the lady said Sergio was out of town which idk how that is seeing as someone just gave them a negative review one week ago. She told my father to text her the address and we never heard back from anyone. Since then whenever we call it goes straight to vm. I would definitely look for a different company even though their prices were not bad it’s not worth it in the long run. We had another plumber come out today and he told us our roots are squeezing the pipe. Happy plumber never told us that which makes me feel like they didn’t tell us on purpose they kept pushing for us to pay 700$ to have the camera go down there to see what the problem was. They made sure to let us know we didn’t have a warranty unless we paid for the camera which makes no sense. We also had to badger them repeatedly to get the invoices sent to us. Like I said I would go with a different company they seem like nice ppl but they got over on us definitely.

I had a really great experience with cobra maintenance they installed some amazing flooring, they had good prices, they answered all my questions and had great customer service. 10/10 would recommend

The drivers of this company are trash. Had one of their trucks cut me off with no room to do so and use zero turn signals. License plate Nevada 163 VKN. Next time you drive recklessly enough to hurt someone don't do it in a company truck
