Very professional did a great job

My experience with Fitz's has been very good! The Owner Chris even came out to give me an estimate for my repairs! Eddie and his helper were very kind and patient! I can't afford the repairs right now, but Chris offered suggestions for me to look into! Grateful for that! Ms.
No atLesliee is cool too! When I'm able to have the work done no I won't! Retracting this because my Brother came on Sunday and what he found was a disgrace to say Plumbers had been under there! My supposedly repaired pipes were dust taped! So sad and disappointed! There was a reason God didn't make it possible for me to get the work done through them!

I can't recommend Michel's highly enough. We needed emergency sewer repair and they came to the rescue quickly, did an incredible job, and gave us a more than fair price. Good plumbers are hard to find, and we found ours!

I am shocked to see this business has 5 stars. The work completed was fine, but to find out we were charged more than $600 for 3.5 hours of work (which included a lot of smoke breaks and down time) was unbelievable. They said they would come back two days later to finish the work, but we assumed they would charge us by the hour again, so we asked them not to come back. Then after they chased us for payment for 2 weeks (that's their word, not ours), and we expressed our frustration with the cost/value of the work, they basically said too late. After much back and forth, they said they would come back out to finish the drywall without charging us more, but not fix the other holes they put in our walls. At that point, I said forget it - I don't want to deal with them anymore. Not to mention, the office manager is incredibly unprofessional and clearly not customer centric. Never in my life have I used a service through an LLC then been harassed every day following for 2 weeks. I begrudgingly paid the bill, but I will never use them again.

I needed a plumbing company to come out quickly and repair a number of things at my dad’s house. My dad is currently in the hospital and about to return home for home hospice. Because my dad was so sick leading up to this point, the bathroom and other parts of the house had become really messy and dirty, and I was really embarrassed, but Dion, who was my plumber, made me feel much better about and told me not to worry about. He fixed everything really fast, was so nice, and I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dion, and Roto-Rooter. Everything will now be in working order when my dad returns from the hospital tomorrow.

He charged me $120 as a fraud I asked him since he had more than 30 minutes left on the job I called him for if he would fix a leak on my shower diverter and he said he would have to charge me $120 if he went over a half an hour on that job and he assured me he could do it in 10 minutes

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
