They took their time to diagnose and repair a few different things to ensure our shower gave hot water and better pressure. We will use them for all our plumbing needs.

They do a good job. They will return and find the leak if they were not exactly correct on first diagnosis when lines run close to each other underground.

We communicated with Frank on expectations and costs. We sent pics of the tub and motor. Frank even suggested we try certain things to fix the issue ourselves. Josh and Bernie were on time and very professional. They came fully prepared to repair or replace the jacuzzi tub motor. We were very impressed with all aspects to include estimate and details involved with the repair work. Bob’s plumbing is over an hour drive from our Napoleonville but they are the best by far. We will call on Bob’s Plumbing again when we are in need!

Simply stated, the owner of this business is so easy to work with and able to explain the cause of an issue in detail that you feel like you could diagnose/repair it yourself!

Great Service ! Have used these plumbers for about 15 years...

There seems to be a common theme of customers that are assigned this company by their home warranty company receiving less than satisfactory service and repairs. My experience has been no different. Cold water supply line is leaking, diagnoses recommends replacing the line and faucet. Multiple technicians have come out and two months later my cold water supply line is still leaking and we are stuck with hot water only for our kitchen sink along with a leak that continues to damage the cabinets underneath the sink.
