I could not have been more impressed by the communication alone with Rene. Every step of the way he was extremely sincere and kept me in the loop. Every member of the crew that came into my house was very respectable, thorough, and left no mess. The only thing I would work on is the scheduling. I received a 4 hour window but the crew didn't make it to my house until 1.5 hours after the 4 hour window.
