I discovered my water heater went out at 5pm, I called multiple plumbing companies but couldn't get anything setup for days. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out the same night and I had a new hot water heater by 10pm. The technician was friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns, the install looks great, I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future.
